Deep discovery before a line of code

Every refactoring engagement starts with broad, structured discovery: not just what the application does, but why it was built that way, which business processes depend on it, and where the real cost and risk sit. That prevents the common failure mode of refactoring the wrong things, and keeps the new architecture tied to the actual business requirements.

Cloud-native by design, not by accident

A lift-and-shift migration moves cost from hardware to a cloud provider without delivering any of the benefits that make cloud computing valuable. We refactor applications to be genuinely cloud-native: decomposed into services that scale independently, running on ephemeral compute, using managed data services, and priced for actual consumption rather than peak provisioning.

Serverless and auto-scaling architectures
